9 Brewery Tour
If you’re heading anywhere along the I-5 corridor from southern Oregon to southwest Washington, along the way there are some excellent choices in craft breweries. Here’s our favorites, all within about a mile of I-5. We start in Ashland and move north to Vancouver, Washington.
Caldera Brewery & Restaurant
We like Caldera for their quality ales, lagers, sodas and cuisine. Everything is made-from-scratch, and organic ingredients are used whenever possible. There are 45 brews are available at this award-winning brewery!

Perfect for craft beer geeks and foodies alike, this is a micro-brewery and restaurant serving up all house-made and beer infused dishes.

Located in the heart of Springfield’s historic district, this craft brewery features a Northwest inspired menu for lunch, dinner or weekend brunch.
