I-5 Brewery Tour
If you’re heading anywhere along the I-5 corridor from southern Oregon to southwest Washington, along the way there are some excellent choices in craft breweries. Here’s our favorites, all within about a mile of I-5. We start in Ashland and move north to Vancouver, Washington.
Caldera Brewery & Restaurant
We like Caldera for their quality ales, lagers, sodas and cuisine. Everything is made-from-scratch, and organic ingredients are used whenever possible. There are 45

Standing Stone Brewing Company
This family owned, full-service brew pub located in the heart of downtown Ashland, is committed to brewing great beer, serving delicious food, and giving back to their employees and surrounding community. Beer and food is a passion, so go say hi, grab a pint and check them out. Cheers!
Climate City Brewing Company
One of the newer additions to the Southern Oregon Craft Beer scene, Climate City serves awesome brews and up-scale pub food in the historic Brewery building. Climate City Brewing is putting Grants Pass on the map for exceptional craft beer.
Hop Valley Brewing Company
Perfect for craft beer geeks and foodies alike, this is a micro-brewery and restaurant serve all house-made and beer infused dishes.
The “Brew House” is located in a business center on a wetland. The indoor area has five screens with a lounge area in one portion. You can also sit outside and enjoy a view of the wetlands. This is where they make all their products and it’s pretty cool.

Great Notion Brewing (GNB) is a brewery started by three friends and neighbors in Portland, Oregon. GNB offers hazy, fruit-forward IPAs and “culinary-inspired” sours & stouts.
