The classic sandwich is truly a simple treat, but adding new and exciting ingredients can take Grilled Cheese to new heights. Brunch Box Restaurant & Food Cart/Portland – Brunch Box celebrates the best in a hamburger and grilled cheese. Their YouCanHasCheeseburger, is a hand-pressed, quarter pound, black-angus beef patty, topped with American cheese and nestled between two golden brown Texas-toast grilled cheese sandwiches with all the fixings. It’s an impressive combination!

Cornucopia Restaurants/Eugene – This Grilled Cheese Sandwich is one of Cornucopia’s House Favorites! Gracie’s Grown Up Grilled Cheese is grilled Pugliese bread with American and cheddar cheeses. Cornucopia is in Eugene with 2 locations, on East 5th and West 17th.

Creamery Café/Tillamook Cheese Factory – With this grilled cheese sandwich we’re taking you to the source! The Creamery Cafe offers their popular Centennial Grilled Cheese. It’s Sharp Cheddar & Vintage White Medium Cheddar that is grilled to perfection on thick sourdough. This sandwich is served with a pickle spear and your choice of French fries, tater tots, salad or a cup of soup.

Ducktales Kitchen/Vancouver – Ducktales is run by Portland’s famous Waddle family, owners of the historic Waddle’s at Jantzen Beach! Their Grilled Ham & Cheese is a favorite with smoked pit ham, Cheddar cheese and grilled onions.

Pangea/Ashland – Here’s another fine Grilled Cheese sandwich. It’s the French Kiss made with melted Brie with both fresh and sundried tomatoes, spinach and basil pesto. Sounds delicious!
